We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual for our Greece subsidiary company, in the following position:

Sales Coordinator (SC 10/2018)

 (Based in Head Office – Markopoulo)


 Purpose of Role: Maximises the efficiency & selling time of the district sales team by using defined processes, procedures & tools to collate, analyse & report key sales activities & results. Supports direct served and GSP sales activities.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Collates diverse types of sales related information (qualitative & quantitative) from defined systems/sources and inputs to standard formats/reports.
  • Uses appropriate methods to ensure all reports for internal Sales audiences & external customers are produced & circulated by the defined deadlines. (revenue & productivity compliance, service levels & commitments etc)
  • Analyses complex qualitative & quantitative data by performing defined proceduralized checks to identify clear anomalies/issues.
  • Highlights issues & trends & recommended corrective actions to management.
  • Maintains effective administrative processes, procedures & tools to support the DSM/Team in processing & storing critical information in easily usable & retrievable formats
  • Benchmarks with experienced peers to improve understanding of available tools, processes etc.
  • Supports local & district projects by providing technical expertise in the design & implementation of new processes, procedures, reports and templates.
  • With an appropriate level of guidance, supports the goal setting process by creating & producing accurate territory simulations based on defined parameters.
  • Takes agreed district numbers and uses appropriate tools to manipulate, verify & produce accurate breakdown figures.

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication skills –verbal and written-: Communicates effectively with customers and colleagues over the phone and in written transactions.
  • Excellent Numeracy skills (e.g. high level of Excel skill)
  • Analytical thinking and Problem solving skills
  • PC skills: Demonstrates familiarity with use of PC equipment and software. 
  • Language skills: Mastery of the English language both verbal and written
