Our client is a fast paced retail company leader in its own sector. We are currently seeking an experienced Service Corners Supervisor (ref.code: DSDA_1217) to support business growth.


The Role 


The Service Corners Supervisor act as a point of excellence for the field service technicians, aiming to the achievement of excellent Customer Service through continuous training and improvements in procedures, policies, best practices. 




  • Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
  • Train employees in their job duties to ensure smooth and continuous operations of service corners
  • Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Manage performance evaluation and appraisals for employees.
  • Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services
  • Analyzes past results to identify points for improvement in operations strategies, process, and performance of employees




  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study  
  • Strong technical background and detailed product knowledge.
  • Organizational skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
