Our client is a multinational company leader in the sector of technology.They have come up with a new project which implicates the recruitment of a massive number of IT & technology personnel. Furthermore, their annual growth creates the minimum number of demand for IT & Dev personnel which ensures position’s sustainability and growth. In the above context, we are seeking to recruit an impassioned and strived Junior Technology  Recruiter

The Role

 

As a Junior Technology Recruiter, you will be working in a closely bonded distributed team. Your primary focus will be support for recruiting for Technology and Infrastructure, Project Managers, Network Architect, Software Architect, Applications etc. groups.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Attracting best candidates,with technical & cultural fit,for the right position
  • Maintaining excellent familiarity with Technology
  • Planning and organizing talent sourcing events e.g. career days, training schools, technology workshops, internships/graduates programs,assessment centres
  • Contributing on employment branding strategy: best workplace, tech community, academic organizations, CSR, social professional networks
  • Source, access, interview and hire qualified & talented candidates.
  • Posting jobs, networking and sourcing with across multiple candidate development channels
  • Pre-screening resumes, interviewing candidates both on the phone and in person and advising hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Maintains company’s CV database

 

Qualifications

 

  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience focused on technology recruiting within a fast-moving, highly dynamic global technology and/or software and solutions company
  • Experience recruiting positions such as Technology and Infrastructure, Project Managers, Network Architect, Software Architect, Applications.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects
  • Ability to work well in an extremely fast-paced, changing, and high growth environment is essential

  • Consistently explores new sourcing techniques, creative ways to uncover and connect with IT candidates
  • Strong grasp of local, regional, and national recruiting and IT industry trends
