The Role


As a Senior Technology Recruiter, you are responsible for identifying top tier technology talent for our client across the country and abroad, supporting our client’s software/it/technology and product development teams.




  • Proactively source, access, interview and hire qualified & talented candidates.
  • Posting jobs, networking and sourcing with across multiple candidate development channels
  • Pre-screening resumes, interviewing candidates both on the phone and in person and advising hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • This position is also responsible for implementing creative recruiting strategies to create a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
  • Maintains company’’s CV database




  • Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition recruiting experience focused on technology recruiting within a fast-moving, highly dynamic global technology and/or software and solutions company
  • Experience recruiting positions such as Technology and Infrastructure, Project Managers, Network Architect, Software Architect, Applications.
  • Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes to include: sourcing, screening, behavioural based interviewing and offer negotiations
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects
  • Ability to work well in an extremely fast-paced, changing, and high growth environment is essential




  • Strong team focus and commitment to continuous improvement and overall company growth
  • Consistently explores new sourcing techniques, creative ways to uncover and connect with IT candidates
  • Strong grasp of local, regional, and national recruiting and IT industry trends
  • Ability to effectively market specific positions as well as company culture
  • Ability to drive own work and work with little direct supervision
