Our client is a major fast-paced Greek Company, a leader in its sector. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead and inspire a team of four to five recruiters and support company’’s rapid and sustained growth.

The Role

 

The Senior Team Leader Recruiter will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting of positions at all levels across multiple business units: Executive, Retail, Manufacturing, Customer Care, Finance & Accounting, IT, etc. Positions recruited for will include, full-time and part-time, regular and temporary positions. Lead efforts of other recruiting resources used to achieve results such as team members, service providers, and online recruiting tools.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and inspire the team of internal recruiters
  • Meet with hiring managers to develop a complete understanding of each opening
  • Develop an appropriate strategy with the hiring team for attracting qualified candidates.
  • Develop creative sourcing solutions for filling difficult positions by using knowledge of current external recruiting practices and trends.
  • Ensure all open positions have approved requisitions, are posted, and the hiring process is compliant with the company’’s established policies and all applicable employment laws.
  • "Farm" the internal applicant tracking database and external databases for candidates.
  • Develop a successful "pipeline" of qualified candidates by utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies including social media, networks, and college recruitment programs.
  • Drive the closure of open requisitions by diligently following up with hiring managers and managing the recruiting process.
  • Prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently

 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent education and relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven recruiting experience in a corporate or third party environment
  • Strong negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to manage and prioritize own workload;
  • Ability to work well in an extremely fast-paced, changing, and high growth environment is essential
  • Ideal candidate will be passionate about recruiting and will have the ability to persevere through multiple obstacles to get the job done
