For our Athens Airport Store, we are looking for:

Acting Customer Service Team Leader (1 year contract)

(ref.: CSAES_1117)

The Position     

Reporting to the Store Customer Relations Manager, you are responsible and accountable for:   

  • To manage effectively the Customer Service area, according to the Company’s values and processes
  • To ensure the best possible customer service and have customers in focus as your first priority
  • To implement all the agreed actions set in order to improve the Brand capital, the IKEA Customer Satisfaction Survey & the Employees’ Insight Survey
  • To ensure that all company, legal and health & safety guidelines are followed in all areas of responsibility and at all times
  • To closely monitor, control and improve all operating costs and KPIs’ related to the area of responsibility
  • To select, develop and maintain a motivated team capable of achieving the agreed objectives

You have

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a managerial position with people management, preferably in the retail sector
  • Very strong Customerfocus                                                                    
  • Good people management skills       
  • Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills      
  • Very good communication skills and team oriented personality     
  • Good planning, organizational and problem solving skills    
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines           
  • University Degree, (a Post Graduate degree will be considered as an asset)      
  • Very Good knowledge of Greek and English                                                                  
  • Good use of MS Office
