  We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual for our Greece subsidiary company, in the following   position:

Indoor Sales Executive (code: ISE 10/2017)

(Head Office - Markopoulo Attiki)

Purpose of role: An Indoor Sales Executive is responsible for the profitable growth of the Ad-hoc, Small, Medium and Large customers managed within the relevant geographically based sales territory. This growth will be achieved through the correct execution of the agreed TNT sales processes leading to successful customer acquisition and development in line with the Global and BU sales strategy.

Job Description:

·      Sales Activities:  Working on a territory with a Account Manager/s, to win Ad-hoc and Small and develop Ad-hoc, Small, Medium and Large customers within a specific geographic territory, through effective telephone contact  

·      Sales Administration: To perform all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to develop revenue and improve customer satisfaction and maximize the face-to-face selling time of the Account Manager 

·      Process Management & Implementation:  To execute relevant TSM processes, policies and procedures in order to ensure the consistency, efficiency and quality of internal and external customer experiences 

·      Customer Relationship Management:  To ensure we win, keep, develop and recover Ad-hoc, Small, Medium and Large customers by building lasting, mutually beneficial relationships 

·      Cross Functional Relationships: Develops positive relationships with BU/OU level management in functions that support success in the TSM channel to ensure TNT’s customer value proposition continues to meet the requirements of the Ad-hoc, Small, Medium and Large customers

Desired Skills and Experience:

Necessary Technical / Functional Skills

·      PC skills

·      Telephone skills

·      Numeric skills / basic English skills


Preferred Experience and Knowledge                                   

·      At least 1 year telephone sales experience and proven sales results

·      Good communication and writing skills

·      Proven ability in the implementation and follow-up of marketing efforts
