Customer Service _ Tech Support Representatives

Our customer service representatives interact with many different people so creating and maintaining positive relationships is an essential part of their job.  They need strong listening and speaking skills to accurately respond to customer inquiries and concerns (via phone-chatting-emails). When addressing customer issues they need to analyze situations, investigate problems, and determine solutions.
