German Speaking Customer Support Representatives

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Athens, Greece.

Job Description:

  • To handle incoming calls, Chats & emails covering a range of customer services in a prompt and proficient manner, acquiring all information to ensure first-time resolution of transaction
  • To answer customer questions and provide with relevant information
  • To represent client in professional and positive manner in all situations
  • To successfully complete other duties and projects as assigned



  • Fluency in both German & English
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication, listening and phone skills with a strong customer service focus and an attention to detail.
  • Advanced Tech skills and familiarity with new Technologies
