The Company


NOBACCO is a successful, Greek e-cigarette company and has managed to play a leading role by offering a wide range of innovative and certified products in order to facilitate the spread of Vaping, this new trend that gradually gains the trust of thousands of smokers in all over the world.


Following our two first Nobacco shops in Bucharest, we seek a responsible sales assistant, with relevant working experience preferably in the retail sector, in order to be a member of our sales team for our new Nobacco store!


Candidate profile:


  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Integrity and trust
  • Self - motivated
  • Team player
  • Familiar with technology (i.e. Software programs, ERP system etc.)
  • Fluent in Romanian and English


*Vaping experience would be considered an asset.

  • Handling objections: Able to judge how much help and contact a customer wants and needs. Aware of and reactive to customer behavior.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Selecting appropriate products for the customer, based on information gained (considering current trends and budget).
  • Promoting current offers on products and services.
  • Being available for any customer who requires assistance.
  • Operating the till accurately and efficiently and following Company opening and closing procedures.
  • Demonstrate products’ benefits to the consumers.
  • Ensuring that the work area is clean and litter free at all times.
  • Replenishing and recovering stock to ensure options and sizes are available at all times (FIFO).
  • Ensuring products are displayed as per Merchandising Guidelines.
  • Supporting colleagues to do the job effectively and asking for help if required.
  • Working as part of a team in a positive and constructive way and respecting others’ needs and priorities.
