Human Factor Ltd seeks to recruite a Telesales Supervisor

Our client is a market leader in Outsourcing Services. The key focus areas are Telesales, Customer Relationship Management and integrated back office services. Their sector focus is in their key markets of Telecom Providers and Financial Services. As a result of rapid growth they are  looking for an experienced Telesales Team Leader to join the team.


The Role:

As a Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising a group of team leaders by assigning responsibilities, scheduling, coaching, developing, motivating and training, ensuring the telesales team meets or exceeds sales performance goals and requirements.


Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Deliver client service level agreements and KPIs
  • Manage and motivate the sales and quality performance of a team of up to 25 Telesales agents
  • Ensure staff are delivering individual sales targets
  • Deliver effective coaching
  • Maximise productivity
  • Report and distribute management information highlighting areas for improvement and those of concern and opportunity
  • Recommend and implement operational processes
  • Conduct appraisals and develop staff 


Experience and attributes required:

  • Previous experience of managing/leading a telesales team
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Good business acumen
  • Proven track record in sales
  • High energy & enthusiasm
