Job Role: Will effectively manage outbound calls to German speaking customers. You will have to process the enquiries and do the data input through a CRM and report any complex issues to the team’s Supervisors.
- Proficient in both German and English (written and oral skills)
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Experience in sales will be considered as an asset
- Flexibility on working Monday to Friday, on 6 hour shifts between 09:00 to 17:00
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
- High school degree
